Not at the moment, we sell exclusively online.

Who handles the design of the lighting fixtures?

We work with various suppliers. They alone handle the design of the items.

Auradeals only handles the resale of the items.

Do you have a question about your order or placing your order?

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier details and tracking number.

You can then go to the carrier's website, enter your tracking number and check the progress of your order.

How do I modify my order?

If you need to update your order details (e.g., delivery address), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.

How do I change the address once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you no longer have the possibility to modify it.

However, you can contact our customer service who can modify it for you if it has not yet been sent.

Why is it important to check the condition of your packages and the product upon delivery?

Once your package has been prepared by us, it is handed over to the carrier who is responsible for delivering it to your home or to a pickup point.

At Auradeals, we prepare your packages with care but despite all our efforts, sometimes the package may be damaged during transport.

It is therefore necessary to check in the presence of the delivery person the condition of the package (if the package is damaged or shows any abnormal traces) as well as the condition of your order (if the lighting fixture or lamp is broken, scratched, damaged, non-compliant or incomplete).

In all cases, you must note on the delivery note the observation you made during the verification and/or refuse the goods.

Do the items need to be assembled?

Yes, the items need to be assembled. Assembly instructions are included in the package upon delivery.

If this is not the case, immediately contact our customer support to receive it by email.

What are the shipping times?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days (Monday to Saturday).

When will my order be delivered?

You can expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days from the time of placing it.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our services to include other destinations in the future.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you ordered several lighting fixtures, don't worry. You should receive the rest of your order shortly.

However, if an item is missing or if your product arrived damaged or broken, please contact our customer service quickly by email (info@aura-deals.shop) who will help you resolve your issue.

My order arrived damaged / broken, what should I do?

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Verification of delivered goods

Our recommendations upon receipt of your order:

Open the package and check the product before signing the delivery note, whether paper or electronic. Refuse the package if the delivery person does not allow you to check it.

Refuse any damaged product and note on the delivery note "Refused due to damage".

The mentions "subject to unpacking" or "packaging in good condition" are not valid in case of dispute. Refuse any product that does not conform to your order (model, color, size).

No claim will be accepted if these recommendations are not followed.

A problem with your order?

If you accepted the package despite a disagreement with the delivery person, or if the package was delivered to a third party who did not open it and consequently, if the product has an anomaly (breakage, model or color different from the one ordered), you must send us an email at info@aura-deals.shop accompanied by photos of the damage within 72 hours maximum from the date of receipt.

How does the 30-day protection work?

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This protection is valid from the day you received your order.
Once this deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to accept a refund.

Once your refund request is accepted, you must return your order in its original packaging. The product having been accepted as compliant, the return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

How does returning an order work?

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Valid promotional codes are those provided by Auradeals. Any promotional code you find on the internet will not work.

Promotional codes cannot be provided upon simple request. They are transmitted in very specific cases
